Here’s what you can expect:
This 30-day journey is intentionally designed to begin on the new moon. It will then flow through all (8) phases of the moon, including the full moon. You’ll flow through a new pre-recorded, guided tapping practice and ritual every day. All you need to do is create 15-20 minutes of your day to slow down, open the journey, and hit play for that day’s ritual. Lauren will guide you through the rest.
The moon cycle is roughly 29.5 days total. So, this journey will complete right before the next new moon. You can then begin the journey all over again, starting with another new moon.
It's a beautiful cycle that you can flow through over and over again as often and as much as you'd like.
